We will be raising money for Project COPE. Project COPE (Children of Prisoners Embraced) is a community program that provides mentors for youth ages 4-15 who have a parent in prison. The organization identifies children who have at least one parent or legal guardian serving a long-term prison sentence and provide successful, weekly, one-on-one mentoring relationships- enhanced through positive youth development programming, family support, and other services as needed. Youth can participate in on-site recreation activities, computer training, community service projects and group activities. Visit their website for more information.
